A man is facing charges following a road rage incident on Route 581 in Hampden Township. Witnesses told police Richard Leheny was driving aggressively Friday night and rammed his vehicle into the side of another car twice after giving the driver the finger. The victim pulled over and called 911. Witnesses say Leheny repeatedly yanked on the victim's door handles and banged on her windows.
