The Montgomery County District Attorney is vowing to retry Bill Cosby's sexual assault case. A judge declared a mistrial Saturday as the 12-person jury could not come to a unanimous verdict during their sixth day of deliberations. The 79-year-old entertainer did not show any emotion as he left the courthouse after the ruling. Cosby remains free on bail on three counts of aggravated indecent assault.
