The family of an eight-year-old Carlisle boy is going to be allowed to keep decorating his grave. A judge issued an injunction yesterday ordering Ashland Cemetery employees to stop removing the decorations from Vinny Capozzi's plot. The cemetery owner claims he has the right to remove anything he thinks detracts from the general appearance of the grounds and says pinwheels, flags, Mardi Gras beads, and party hats are not appropriate. The judge will allow the family to decorate the grave for up to 15 days a year.
