A West York woman is facing charges for allegedly leaving an elderly, disabled woman alone with no food or water. Jennifer Dorsey is charged with neglect and reckless endangerment. Police were called to Dorsey's West Poplar Street home on Monday after a neighbor reported a barking dog. Responding officers found the victim in bed covered with her own feces. She was malnourished and had nothing to eat or drink. The victim is Dorsey's husband's grandmother and Dorsey admits she was supposed to be caring for her. The home has since been condemned.
