Police are investigating a road-rage incident in Harrisburg. The female victim told police she was driving with her three children on Hale Avenue Wednesday, and stopped while another woman attempted to park. As she was waiting, a silver minivan pulled up behind her and blew the horn multiple times. The driver allegedly followed the victim, then passed her, cut her off and pointed a handgun at her. He is described as a tall, thin man with short black hair.
