Award for building collapse victim

A woman who survived the collapse of the Salvation Army building in Center City Philadelphia is getting nearly 100-million-dollars.  Mariya Plekan lost both of her legs after being trapped in the rubble for about 13 hours in the 2013 Market Street collapse.  The money is part of a 227-million-dollar settlement in a nearly five-month-long civil case.  The collapse left seven people dead and a dozen injured.
