Woman charged in a school bus driver attack

A woman is facing charges for allegedly assaulting an elementary school bus driver.  Jackelyn Sanchez is looking at harassment, aggravated assault and strangulation charges following the Friday incident in West York.  Police say Sanchez got on the bus at a stop at West Poplar and Dewey Streets and attacked the female driver while there were about 60 students on board.  The students got off the bus through the rear emergency exit while witnesses called 911. The woman, who is not a parent, was taken to York Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
