Congressman Charlie Dent and Senator Pat Toomey are expressing confidence in the man chosen to lead an investigation of possible Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Yesterday, Dent said he's satisfied with the choice of former FBI Director Robert Mueller by the Justice Department. In a statement yesterday, Toomey said he has, quote, "every confidence that Robert Mueller will execute these responsibilities with integrity and professionalism." Mueller served as FBI director for twelve years under President George W. Bush and President Barack Obama.
