One of the two people hit in a vehicle-pedestrians collision over the weekend is dead. A 22-year-old man who was on a scooter when he was hit died Sunday night after being hit early Sunday morning on New Holland Pike in Upper Leacock Township. A 17-year-old who was also hit suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Police have since made contact with the driver of the vehicle believed to have been involved. The Lancaster County DA's Office is working with East Lampeter Township police on the investigation.
