The National Weather Service is confirming several small tornadoes in Pennsylvania. Meteorologists say the tornadoes touched down during Monday's storms, which also took out trees, power lines and some roofs. Surveyors found evidence of an EF-1 tornado near Rebersburg in Centre County, two EF-1s in northern Elk County and an EF-0 near Prospect in Butler County. Crews are still surveying areas in Clarion and Forest counties.
