A Pennsylvania Army National Guard recruiter is facing accusations of inappropriate conduct. The recruiter was assigned to Norwin High School, which released a statement Friday saying it is cooperating with all aspects of the investigation. The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, the North Huntingdon Township Police Department and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard Command are all involved in the case.
