More information is being released about a deadly shooting in Harrisburg. Police have identified the victim as Cody Flannigan. Flanagan was pulled out of his car at 3rd and Muench streets Tuesday night, beaten and then shot in front of his girlfriend and a child. Detectives are now looking for Sidney Michaels in connection to the murder. Michaels is from the Steelton area.
