A man is behind bars after allegedly assaulting police officers during a traffic stop in Lower Paxton Township. Trayvon Latham was pulled over for an illegal window tint on Elmerton Avenue on Saturday. Officers say they smelled marijuana and as they were searching him, he began to struggle. They say he kicked one officer in the chest, kicked one in the arm and struck one with a knee. They say a small amount of marijuana was found in the car.
