Pennsylvania's auditor general says the York City school district is not monitoring its employee credit card spending. Eugene DePasquale released an audit yesterday, saying credit card spending quadrupled between 2012 and 2016. He claims the lax policies also allowed employees to use district cell phones for personal use for free.
