A pastor of a church that doesn't believe in modern medicine won't face trial in connection with the death of a two-year-old. A judge has dismissed a charge that Reverend Rowland George Foster failed to report suspected abuse before the death of his granddaughter. Pastors are mandatory reporters in cases of child abuse. Foster's granddaughter died of pneumonia in November.
The Berks County DA says he plans to refile the charges against Foster.
