A Lebanon man is facing charges after his three children were found alone. William Hernandez is accused of leaving the kids, who range in age from nine months to eight years, alone in a North Seventh Street apartment earlier this month. A woman found the children and told police Hernandez choked her when she confronted him about leaving them. She suffered a minor injury. The children were not harmed.
