Two Lancaster County natives are pleading guilty to their roles in the 2014 murder of a three-year-old boy. Jillian Tait pleaded guilty this week to third-degree murder in the death of her three-year-old son, Scott McMillan. Amber Fellenbaum pleaded guilty to child endangerment and both women must now testify against Gary Fellenbaum in his upcoming murder trial. Mr. Fellenbaum, also from Lancaster County, is charged with first-degree and third-degree murder for the boy's death and is facing the death penalty. Police say the boy was tortured by the trio over the span of several weeks.
