A man is facing charges after being caught allegedly having sex in a store parking lot in Lykens. A witness contacted police Saturday after seeing Josh Bartal and a woman naked along Route 209. Police arrived to find the couple "fully engaged in intercourse" in the Agway parking lot and say they could be clearly seen by passing traffic. Bartal was cited for disorderly conduct. The woman was not charged.
