UPDATE: Shortly after 12:30pm, the car, a blue Toyota, was removed from the river. One man was inside. Police have not yet identified the victim.

Efforts continue to retrieve a car out of the Susquehanna river in Harrisburg. The car entered the water around 5:45 this morning after driving at a high rate of speed down Division Street. It's not known if any person or people are in the car. CBS-21's Chris Naillan shared this video from the scene:
