Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale is detailing a large revenue loss at the Pennsylvania Capitol Police parking ticket office. DePasquale said yesterday that "mismanagement and poor oversight" contributed to at least seven-thousand dollars in lost revenue due to missing tickets, uncashed checks and disorganized files. DePasquale says the office was such a mess that Capitol Police had to stop writing parking tickets between May and November.
