There won't be as many trout stocked in local waterways for this spring's trout season. Anglers can start fishing April 1st. But Lancaster County's sportsmen's clubs said they're stocking almost 20-thousand fewer trout than last year because of disease and drought issues. Despite lower numbers, state officials are expanding the approved areas where fish can be stocked.
