Police are investigating an SUV theft in Manchester Township. The vehicle's owner left it running while he went into the Sheetz on Arsenal Road early Monday morning. When he came out, it was gone. Witnesses claim an Hispanic man in a gray hooded sweatshirt drove away in the SUV, which was later found burned out on West Jackson Street.
