A York County man is in custody for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl. Jesse Roros was arrested in Newburg, Missouri by U.S. Marshals last week. Roros was charged for the assault in Carroll Township in January. Officers say he was already on parole for a 2007 conviction of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a minor in Perry County.
