A man is facing charges for allegedly throwing acid in his girlfriend's face in Peach Bottom Township. The victim claims she was in a barn with Daryl Vaughan last month when she accused him of loving his nasal decongestant more than her. Vaughan is accused of throwing the acid at her, causing her nose and mouth to bleed. The woman ran outside for help but Vaughan allegedly dragged her back in and choked her until she almost passed out.
