At least four people are facing charges for allegedly putting a skimming device on an ATM in Newberry Township. The Romanian nationals are accused of putting the skimmer on the Old Trail Road ATM in January and capturing 304 transactions. They then used the information to make 17-thousand dollars-worth of purchases in York and Cumberland counties. Two of the suspects were arrested Monday in Maryland. Two more were picked up when they went to visit the suspects in jail.
