The youngest person ever charged with murder in York County is going to prison. Seventeen-year-old Leonard Green the Third, who was 14 at the time of the deadly shooting, was sentenced to 22-to-47 years behind bars yesterday. Green was charged as an adult and pleaded guilty to third degree murder in the shooting death of Patrick Winter in 2014. Green says he had been drinking and doing drugs the day of the shooting.
