A York County police officer is facing child pornography charges. Chad Howell was arrested early yesterday as he was getting off duty at the West Manchester Township Police Department. Detectives say Howell had multiple profiles on Pinterest that were linked to illegal images. Howell allowed his phone and laptop to be searched, and the attorney general's office says it found at least 50 images of apparent child porn.
