Prelim waived in murder/dismemberment case

A man charged with raping, killing and dismembering the adoptive daughter of his girlfriend is waiving his right to a preliminary hearing. Jacob Sullivan appeared in Bucks County court Wednesday to waive the hearing, which means he must now either stand trial or figure out a plea in the death of 14-year-old Grace Packer. A preliminary hearing was also waived by Sara Packer, the teen's mother who is also charged in the case, earlier this month.
