A Wrightsville man is going to prison for life for fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend. Marcus Bordelon was sentenced yesterday after pleading guilty to first-degree murder. Prosecutors say Bordelon stabbed Samantha Young to death in his Chestnut Street home in 2015 and then hid her body in a shed. Natasha Stove is also being charged for her involvement in the crime. Police say she helped Bordelon plan the murder for two months.
