Crime is down in Harrisburg, but Mayor Eric Papenfuse says there's more work to be done. The mayor and police chief released overall crime figures yesterday, saying they've dropped more than 30 percent since 2013. Violent and theft-related crimes have both gone down although rape and arson increased slightly. Papenfuse says he would also like to see the perception of crime go down in the area.
