Police are releasing more information about a slew of drug charges in Carlisle. Detectives announced seven arrests yesterday following a nine-month investigation. Four of the suspects moved from Philadelphia to Carlisle specifically to sell heroin. The other three were locals who worked for the Philly group. Carlisle police are crediting their undercover informants for being such an integral part of the investigation.
