Son of Jerry Sandusky arrested on charges of statutory sexual assault.

The son of former Penn State football coach and convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky has been arrested and is behind bars on charges of sex with a minor.  Jeffrey Sandusky was arrested Monday by Pennsylvania State Police in Centre County.  He's charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors and photographing, videotaping, depicting on computer or filming sexual acts.

Court documents say Sandusky sent text messages to two teenage girls, sisters who were 15 and 16 years old, asking for nude photos and requesting oral sex.  The girls' father told police about the alleged messages last year.  Police say Sandusky was rebuffed by both girls and no sexual contact took place.  Sandusky is currently in Centre County Jail on $200,000 dollars bail and is prohibited from having contact with anyone under the age of 18.  He's also been suspended from his job as a corrections officer at Rockview State Prison.  His father is currently serving a 30-60 year jail sentence for molesting ten boys.
