Bird set free

A bald eagle, seen flying with a metal trap stuck on its talons, is now free.  A hiker found the bird tangled up in a tree at Fort Indiantown Gap Wednesday.  Pennsylvania Game Commission workers freed the eagle from the trap and say it seemed healthy and alert.  Wildlife officers are reminding people it's illegal for the traps to be placed on the ground where they're visible to birds from the air.
