At least five welfare recipients are facing charges for fraud in the Harrisburg area. The suspects are accused of selling their federal food stamp cards to businesses for cash. The 4 Star Market and the 4G Supermarket are two of the businesses that allegedly participated in the fraudulent transactions. The investigation has been ongoing since August.
