Every year, The Volunteer Center at United Way of the Capital Region puts together a "wish list" for area charities and non profits. It lists dozens of area agencies telling you what they do, who they help, what they need and all the contact information.
This makes it so easy for families, businesses, co workers, local civic groups to do something special for those in need during the holidays.
