It was a trip of a lifetime for me and my wife Kathi. We were invited to host Bus #2 of the 2018 RJ Harris National Parks Tour June 16-27. We took nearly 60 WHP 580 listeners out west to discover America the Beautiful.
The trip put together by AAA Travel and Collette Tours began in Phoenix Arizona and then we hit the road and saw Sedona, The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion Canyon National Park, Salt Lake City, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, The Grand Tetons & Yellowstone National Park....the Black Hills of South Dakota, the Buffalo Bill Museum, the Crazy Horse Memorial and.....Mount Rushmore. Wow.
In fact, that is the way everyone on the trip described every one of these destinations. I can't say enough how much Kathi and I enjoyed this trip and EVERYONE with us. We not only had a dream vacation but enjoyed it with the new friends we made. And the weather was PERFECT!
