Burn Ban Goes Into Effect Friday
(Lancaster Co., PA) -- Lancaster County Commissioners have recently approved a 30-day burn ban that's now set to go into effect Friday. The ban on open burning applies to debris and trash. Officials say they're discouraging open barbecue pits, but those are still allowed at this point. The ban could be lifted earlier if it rains.
