(Harrisburg, PA) -- Wells Fargo officials say they'll reinstate guidelines to interview diverse candidates. The Philadelphia Business Journal reports the bank had suspended the guidelines in June after The New York Times reported they were interviewing non-white and female candidates for positions that were already filled -- just to meet upper-management diversity requirements. The bank says its diversity efforts will now also be applied to hiring guidelines based on job level, not just compensation.
