(Derry Twp., PA) -- Organizers say over 90 artists and vendors were on hand for Hershey’s annual Artfest over the weekend. The Saturday event was the first since before the pandemic and the 16th overall. Despite the challenging weather, some at the event say there was a crowd all day long.
