School Bus Crash in Lancaster County Under Investigation

Authorities are investigating a school bus crash that occurred on Wednesday morning (May 27) in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The incident took place shortly before 9:30 a.m. on West Sun Hill Road in Penn Township. A school bus carrying Warwick students on a field trip made a wrong turn and struck a large boulder while attempting to turn around, causing a sudden jolt to the passengers.

Despite initial reports suggesting potential injuries, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department confirmed that no students were harmed in the incident. Emergency crews, including the Manheim Fire Department, responded to the scene, and as a precaution, the students were transferred to a second bus to continue their trip.
