Authorities in York, Pennsylvania, are investigating the death of Nidair Jordon Collier, a 31-year-old man who was shot and killed on the 200 block of South Hartley Street early Friday morning (May 1). According to the York County Coroner's Office, Collier died from multiple gunshot wounds and sharp force trauma, and his death has been ruled a homicide.

Police discovered Collier's body in a breezeway between houses and pronounced him dead at the scene. Detective Commander Andy Baez of the York City Police Department mentioned that Collier and the shooter likely knew each other. The police have not yet identified a suspect, but they are searching for Angelica Caraballo, 26, as a person of interest. Caraballo is not considered a suspect, but her name surfaced during witness interviews.

The York City Police Department has increased foot patrols and community policing in the area, which has seen previous incidents. They urge anyone with information about Collier, Caraballo, or the shooting to contact Detective Commander Andy Baez at 717-654-5264 or submit an anonymous tip online.
