U.S. Marshals arrested two people Wednesday (March 25) in Millersville, a borough in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with local police assisting in the operation.
According to WGAL News 8, the Millersville Borough Police Department's chief confirmed that officers helped U.S. Marshals carry out the arrests Wednesday afternoon. Law enforcement vehicles were spotted swarming the area near Oak Ridge Drive during the operation.
Because the arrest warrants were not issued by Millersville police, the specific charges against the two suspects remain unclear. The identities of those arrested have not been released.
No further details about the nature of the case have been made available at this time. It is unclear which jurisdiction issued the warrants or what agency originally sought the Marshals' involvement. As more information becomes available, local authorities are expected to provide updates.
