A Schmidt bread truck rolled onto its side on a snow-covered road in York County, Pennsylvania, on Monday (February 23), sending first responders rushing to the scene amid dangerous winter storm conditions.

According to ABC27, the rollover happened on the 500 block of New Park Road. The Citizens Volunteer Fire Company responded to the scene along with Pennsylvania State Police and several other departments.

Photos posted on social media show the truck on its side and up against an embankment. Investigators determined that the crash was "attributed to a snow drift," and officials confirmed there were no hazardous materials involved.

The truck's driver was treated at the scene for minor injuries. New Park Road was briefly closed during recovery and cleanup operations before reopening.

The Citizens Volunteer Fire Company is urging all drivers to stay alert and use caution on roadways over the coming days, as winter conditions are expected to continue across the region.
