Blue Semi-Truck Suspected in York County Hit-And-Run

Authorities in York County, Pennsylvania, are investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred on December 30, 2025, in Windsor Township. The York County Regional Police Department reported that the incident took place between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. near 1070 Pleasant Grove Road. A vehicle struck an embankment and a utility pole, leaving several parts at the scene.

After examining the debris, officers suspect that the vehicle involved was a blue semi-truck. Photos from the scene showed blue and silver vehicle parts shattered into pieces and a utility pole broken at its base, according to Local21 News.
