Woman Pinned at Auto Auction in Lancaster County

A woman was hospitalized after being pinned between two vehicles at the Manheim Auto Auction in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday morning (November 18). According to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police, the incident occurred when 57-year-old Connie Stankov, an employee at the auction, was moving cars. Stankov reportedly exited a vehicle that was not in park, causing it to roll toward her and pin her against another car.

Authorities quickly moved the vehicle without issue, and Stankov was taken to the hospital for further evaluation and treatment. Police Chief Josh Kilgore confirmed that her injuries are not life-threatening. The incident highlights the importance of safety protocols in environments where vehicles are frequently moved and handled.

Local21 News reported that the accident happened in Penn Township, where the Manheim Auto Auction is located. The auction is known for its large-scale vehicle transactions, and safety measures are crucial to prevent such incidents.
