Authorities have released information about a fatal crash that occurred last weekend in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. According to state police, 28-year-old Thomas Casey from Dalmatia was driving a Ford pickup truck on State Route 225 in Washington Township when he lost control of the vehicle. The truck, traveling at a high speed, overturned, causing Casey to be ejected from the vehicle.
The crash happened on Sunday afternoon (September 21). Officials reported that Casey was "not properly restrained" at the time of the accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene, found in the southbound lane of State Route 225.
