Vacant Apartment Fire Ruled Arson

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A fire at a vacant apartment complex in Harrisburg is being ruled an arson. Investigators say the blaze at the building on North Fifth and Maclay early Wednesday morning was set intentionally. Crews were reportedly at the complex for almost two hours before they were able to clear the scene. Nobody was injured.
