Dylan Michael Moore, 21, has been charged in connection with a deadly stabbing at The Wash Tub Laundromat in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, last October. Moore faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault, following the incident that resulted in the death of Christopher Nunn.
According to FOX43, Moore and Nunn allegedly attacked laundromat employee Shane Nickle and his wife, Amanda, in the rear parking lot of the laundromat on October 27, 2024. Surveillance footage reportedly showed Moore and Nunn loitering around the laundromat before the altercation. Moore is accused of striking Amanda with a flashlight taser, and both men allegedly pinned Shane against the rear door, repeatedly striking him.
In self-defense, Shane Nickle used a knife to stab both attackers, allowing him and his wife to escape to their apartment above the laundromat. Shane returned to provide first aid to Moore, who was later taken to Penn State Health Holy Spirit Hospital with serious injuries. Nunn succumbed to his injuries.
Moore was arraigned and is being held in Cumberland County Prison on $500,000 bail. He awaits a preliminary hearing on Wednesday (July 23). The case, initially investigated as a homicide, has not resulted in any homicide charges.
