>Commissioners Chair Calls On Hartwick To Resign

(Dauphin County, PA) -- Dauphin County Commissioner George Hartwick is facing calls to resign following an alleged DUI crash last week. Board of Commissioners Chairman Justin Douglas said the incident is part of a pattern that has become "undeniable," and "must be addressed." Hartwick reportedly admitted to drinking half a bottle of vodka before driving to a commissioners meeting and crashing his county-owned vehicle in the parking garage. He was stripped of his oversight duties following the crash, but remains on the Board at this time.
