Man Accused Of Setting Fire With People Inside
(Cumberland County, PA) -- A man is being charged with arson for a house fire in Cumberland County earlier this week. East Pennsboro Township police say William Kurtz lined the perimeter of the home with gasoline then ignited it early Tuesday morning while close to a dozen people were inside. Kurtz then reportedly officers on a chase that ended in a wooded area. He allegedly told officers he started the fire because someone inside the home owed him money.
